What the home page numbers mean
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Your home page shows the numbers that matter most for your organization. Here's what each one means.
Median first reply
The median time from a new lead entering the system to Movo's first reply.
Staying past 90 days
The share of families still participating 90 days after their first visit.
Revenue
Dollars collected in the selected period. Shown at the national level only.
Active members
Everyone at this council who has ever signed up and paid, the same count as the funnel's signed-up-and-paid stage. A standing total: it doesn't go down when a family stops coming (that shows in Churn). Shown as "Active" in the tables.
Registered by Movo
New members Movo brought in, working with the family all the way to a completed signup. The hero counts these as new members registered by Movo.
Churn
Members who left during the selected date range.
Pacing towards goal
New members added since January 1, shown against this council's goal for the year.
Leads generated
New leads that entered in the selected period: families Movo just started working with.
Where leads came from
The period's new leads grouped by how they entered Movo, each with the share of that group who became members. The rate follows the leads that arrived in the period, so sources stay comparable.
Leads worked by Movo
How many times families entered each of your statuses in the selected period, in your ladder's order. Renewals, hand-overs, and corrected entries never inflate a count; parked and not-interested families stay off the ladder and aren't shown on the card.
Initiated application
Families who completed a signup step, like a booked evaluation or a finished registration.
Conversation volume
Calls, texts, and emails Movo handled, and how the total compares with the prior period.
% of leads contacted
Of the leads that came in during the selected period, the share Movo has contacted.
Escalations
Conversations Movo handed to a person that are still waiting on one. Each appears in the Conversations queue.
