Using Ask AI

Ask AI is the fastest way to get answers about your own data. You'll find it in the top bar on every page, or by pressing Cmd+K.

What you can ask

• "Catch me up on the Johnson family" to get a family's story in seconds

• "What needs my attention today?" to see your queue

• "How are enrollments trending?" to pull the numbers without leaving the page

• "Draft a message to a parent" to have Movo write a reply you can review and send

Sending messages from Ask AI

Ask AI never sends anything on its own. When it drafts a message, you'll see the draft, you can edit it, and nothing goes out until you confirm the send. The same applies to resolving escalations: you always click the final button.

Ask AI also knows what page you're looking at, so you can ask about the numbers on your screen and it will explain what's behind them.
