Families are always in control of whether Movo contacts them.

How a family opts out

Replying STOP to any text ends all outreach immediately. Email unsubscribe links do the same for email.

What you'll see

An opted-out family shows a banner on their conversation, and Movo will not message them again. Your team also can't send them messages through Movo, which protects you from accidentally contacting someone who asked not to be.

If it was an accident

A family who opted out by mistake can text START to begin receiving messages again.
