  1. Do "coming soon" pins sync automatically, or is that manual on your side?

    For most PIN information, Movo uses the data we receive from BeAScout. "Coming Soon" PINs are currently updated manually by our team. We're working with BeAScout to automate this as well.

  2. My unit isn't showing up in the BeAScout search. Can Movo fix that?

No. BeAScout search is managed by National, so changes there need to be handled by their team. Movo only uses the information we receive from BeAScout.

  1. I already updated my BeAScout PIN. Why is Movo asking me for more information?
    Movo may ask for additional details that aren't included in your PIN - like what makes your unit unique - so it can give families better, more personalized answers.
