Sending form submissions to your CRM or Google Analytics
Last updated: October 9, 2026
If your organization keeps families in another system, like a CRM or a spreadsheet tool, Movo can send it each form submission as it comes in. Your web person can also count form sign-ups in Google Analytics.
Send submissions to another system
- Open the form, click Edit form, then the Settings tab.
- Under Webhook, paste the web address your other system gave you for receiving submissions. It has to start with https.
- Click Start sending.
Movo sends each finished submission to that address, with the same columns as the spreadsheet download. Each one is signed, so your system can check it came from Movo: Movo shows you a signing key to give your system. You can send a test, replace the key, or stop sending at any time from the same place.
If a submission couldn't be delivered, the form's page shows it, and you can send it again from the submission's row.
Count sign-ups in Google Analytics
When a parent sends the form, your page gets a signal you can count as a conversion. You don't need to change the form. Give your web person these details:
- If your site uses Google Tag Manager, the form adds an event called
movo_form_submittedto the data layer, with the form's key inmovoFormKey. - The form's place on the page also gets a
movo:form-submittedevent, for sites that track events another way.
Nothing the parent typed is passed to your page, only the fact that they sent it.
