A form's websites, language, consent and legal links
Last updated: October 9, 2026
A form's settings decide where it shows, which language it uses, and what families agree to when they send it. Open the form, click Edit form, then the Settings tab.
Name, audience and language
- Name is for your team. Families never see it.
- Families land in is the audience families from this form join. See Choosing where a form's families land.
- Language sets every label and message on the form, and the language Movo follows up in. See Forms in Spanish.
Websites
List every web address the form will go on. The form only shows on these sites. If someone pastes the code anywhere else, nothing appears. Click Add another website for each extra address.
Type the address the way it shows in your browser's address bar. www.pack34denver.org and pack34denver.org count as two different addresses, so add both if your site works with and without www.
Consent
The consent box lets parents agree to texts and calls from Movo. It's optional for parents: those who leave it unticked give an email and hear from Movo by email only.
Leave the wording empty to use the standard sentence, which names your organization. If you write your own, Movo keeps the exact wording each parent saw with their submission.
Legal links
Phone carriers require your organization's own Terms and Privacy Policy next to the consent box. The form stays off until both links are set.
Your privacy policy needs to say that mobile numbers and consent aren't shared or sold to anyone else for marketing.
When you're done, click Save changes.
