Handling staff changes and vacancies

People change roles, and districts sometimes go without an executive for a while. Movo is built so the work keeps moving.

When someone leaves, remove them from Settings > Team. Any escalations assigned to them can be reassigned to a teammate in a couple of clicks from the Needs you queue.

When a replacement arrives, invite them with the same district or unit selected and they'll pick up exactly where the last person left off, with every family's history intact.

During a vacancy, update the escalation path for that district under Settings > Escalations so items go to whoever is covering. Anything that needs attention can also be pushed up to the council, so nothing sits unseen while the seat is empty.
