Handling knowledge gaps in Movo

Movo is trained on your existing website and files, enabling it to handle the vast majority of conversations completely autonomously. There will be times where a question is asked that Movo doesn't know the answer to, in which case we'll flag this in the dashboard.

Needs you page

Below the Escalations on the Needs you page, you'll find a list of recurring questions that need an answer. You're able to see how many times these questions have been asked, and click Answer directly from here.

Knowledge page

Movo will also flag unanswered questions at the top Knowledge page. You're able to provide an answer here, which will then be used whenever the question is asked in the future.
