Signing in to Movo, and why there is no app

Movo works in your web browser, on a computer or a phone. There's nothing to download. Here's how to sign in, what to do if you forget your password, and how to keep Movo one tap away on your phone.

Sign in

Go to app.trymovo.ai. Type your work email and password, then click Sign in.

If your work email is a Google account, you can click Continue with Google instead.

Sign in without a password

Click Email me a magic link instead, then click Email a magic link.

Movo emails you a link that signs you in, once. Open the email on the device you want to use, and click the link. If it hasn't arrived after a minute, check your spam folder, then click Resend.

A magic link only works if you already have a Movo account. You get one by accepting an invite from your organization. See Invite email problems if yours didn't arrive.

Forgot your password

Click Forgot? next to Password.

Type your work email and click Send reset link. Movo emails you a link to set a new password.

Why there's no app

Movo is a website, not an app, so you won't find it in the App Store or Google Play. That way it works on any phone or computer, and it's always up to date with nothing to install.

To open it in one tap on your phone, add it to your home screen:

• iPhone: open app.trymovo.ai in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap Add to Home Screen.
• Android: open app.trymovo.ai in Chrome, tap the three dots, then tap Add to Home screen.
