Getting a transcript of a conversation

Movo keeps every text, email and call with a family in one place. Here's how to read the whole conversation, go through a call word by word, and keep a copy.

Find the conversation

Go to Conversations and type the family's name in the search box. Click the family to open their conversation.

Everything is in one thread, oldest at the top: texts, emails and calls. Messages from your team show in black with the person's name, so you can tell them apart from Movo's.

Read a call

A call shows up in the thread as a card with a short summary. Click Transcript to read every word that was said.

Each line shows who spoke and when. To find something, type in the search box at the top of the transcript.

To hear the call, click Listen. Clicking a line in the transcript jumps the recording to that moment.

Keep a copy

There's no download button for conversations yet. To keep a copy, select the messages you want, copy them, and paste them into a document. This works for call transcripts too.
