Finding the families who came from your form

Families who send your form join the form's audience, so they're easy to find together. You can also jump to any one family from the form's page.

  1. Go to Audiences and open the form's audience. Its name is on the form's page, after "Families land in".
A form's audience with the families who sent the form

Every family who sent the form is listed, with their phone, email, children and unit. A family who didn't say which unit they want shows Assign unit, so you can pick one for them.

One family

On the form's page, click the parent's row to open their answers, then click Open, followed by the family's name.

A family who was already in Movo before they sent the form stays where they were. The form adds a note to their record rather than moving them.
