1. Does Movo support military fee waivers?
   Yes. Movo can identify families who qualify for a military fee waiver - including active duty, Reserve, National Guard, and Coast Guard - and guide them through the right signup path in BeAScout.

If your council or units have a specific process for these families, that can also be added to Movo.

2. How does Movo handle financial aid questions?
   Financial aid works differently across councils. Movo can follow your council's specific process and give families the right information when they ask about financial assistance.

Share your council's financial aid process with the Movo team and we'll add it so families get a consistent answer every time.

3. What happens if a child isn't old enough to join yet?
   A child can't register until they meet the National age requirement. If they're not eligible yet, Movo can let the family know and schedule a reminder for when the child becomes eligible.

That way, the family doesn't have to remember to come back and try again later.
