Changing a form's questions, wording and colour

Last updated: October 9, 2026

You change a form by clicking on it. Every question, the heading, the consent box and the button can be edited right where they sit on the form, and you see the result as families will.

Open the form for editing

  1. Go to Settings, then Channels, and open the form.
  2. Click Edit form at the top right.

Changes show on your website as soon as you click Save changes. You don't need to paste new code.

Change a question

Click a question to open it. You can change its wording by clicking the words, make it required, make it half width so it sits next to another question, drag it by the dots on its left to move it, or remove it with the ×.
